Absolutely, they have made lots of video's where they pose with hostages and read statements, if I did not know the ending, I would have assumed it would be another video like the others, their general demenor in the video did not even seem violent till the knife came out.

I just find it incredible that so many people can't divorce themselves of their nationalism or whatever else it is and are so easily led by video footage. (yes just like the iraqi prisoner abuse)
