Which codec to use? Need some help.
I'm about to encode 100+ hours of video from raw tapes. What codecs and settings should I use? What's the standard now? WM9? XviD? Divx?

.wmv, or .mpg generally is what is being used these days.
Divx or Xvid would be nice.. but too complicated for your average user. |
