You really can't tell if someone's boob job is fucked up if they're dressed.
Her tits look very tight, but that's not necessarily her doctor's fault.
She is obviously a very fit, lean woman. If you don't have the extra skin to accomodate implants, they are bound to look like her's.
True, her doctor should have informed her of this, and who knows, he may have, but you can't positively say its a bad boob job on the doc's side.
