From my understanding and past notices.......

It should list all the companies involved and give you details on
how to make a claim. You are then officially a creditor and have a
chance of getting a fraction of your money as the company is
liquidated.

You get those letters whenver a company owes you money and they go bankrupt. The court sends out notices to let you know you have a valid claim for money due you.

I'm pretty sure it's from Globill. I have it sitting on my desk, but I'm unsure of what to do with it. I'm not sure what I'm owed. How would I go about getting this taken care of if I'm not sure how much is due?

I would say its definitely globill. I'm in Australia and I've got 2 letters in the last week. They were pretty much the same. They didn't owe me much so I'm not going to worry about it but I was thinking if they sent a letter to every single affiliate, it would cost a tonne of money in postage.

It is Globill. I got that letter last week.

You need to put in your request by the deadline indicated on the top of the letter.

On page 2 you will find the companies information (it does say globill) on the first page is his and her name, SS# address of current residency.

I turned it over to my attorney and if you have one you should too. This is just to put in your claim, that doesn't necessary mean you will get anything
