A letter from United States Bankrupcy Court

Hey guys,
I just gow one weird letter from US Bankrupcy Court .. I have no clue what it means and understand nothing that is written there :( . I think it is all about one sponsor I used to promote and that owes pretty much money .. but it has been maybe 6 months since they stopped paying .. What do you guys thinnk ? Anyone else got something similiar ?

From my understanding and past notices.......

It should list all the companies involved and give you details on
how to make a claim. You are then officially a creditor and have a
chance of getting a fraction of your money as the company is
liquidated.

lol .. sounds good ;) .. seems I have to study it a bit more carefully

You get those letters whenver a company owes you money and they go bankrupt. The court sends out notices to let you know you have a valid claim for money due you.

Wow, at least you guys get something. Most sponsors would just disappear :(

I'm pretty sure it's from Globill. I have it sitting on my desk, but I'm unsure of what to do with it. I'm not sure what I'm owed. How would I go about getting this taken care of if I'm not sure how much is due?

I would say its definitely globill. I'm in Australia and I've got 2 letters in the last week. They were pretty much the same. They didn't owe me much so I'm not going to worry about it but I was thinking if they sent a letter to every single affiliate, it would cost a tonne of money in postage.

Got 1 of those aswell

altough i haven't used globill for like 2 years...haha

I think it might be TrafficStandard .. they're owned by Webdream I think .. however their site is still up and they owe me about $5.000 .. and I am sure I am not the only one .. it's very weird their site is still up .. hmm

had a paysite with globill back in 2000 and got a letter aswell.. burned really nice :)

It is Globill. I got that letter last week.

You need to put in your request by the deadline indicated on the top of the letter.

On page 2 you will find the companies information (it does say globill) on the first page is his and her name, SS# address of current residency.

I turned it over to my attorney and if you have one you should too. This is just to put in your claim, that doesn't necessary mean you will get anything

Andy 05-10-2004 05:22 AM

yep, just found it .. IT IS GloBill

BlueFly 05-10-2004 05:23 AM

Consider that letter your reach-around! I got one too.
