Support asking what this is in regards to...
Am I the only one who has the problem of emailing support with an issue, getting a response, emailing them a reply to that and getting another response asking "what is this in regards to?".
OMG, I fucking hate that shit. This happens with both my cc processor as well as my host. And let's just say they are the biggest and best, if not 2nd place. |

Another one that kills me is when you go through the whole thing writing down the case number and all that shit. Only to call back and hear "I am sorry, we can't find anything for that number." --
