Anyone else go riding?

In B.C. we have some amazing bike trails. Whistler will be amazing this year, they're adding another lift for another 3,500 or so feet of mountain to ride down.

Yeah, I'm wimpy, I only do downhill.

Sweet ride - that thing is a downhill monster!

Just pickled up one of them gt sts 1000's with the thermoplastic frame. It's a couple years old, but a great free riding machine. I've done some riding on the North shore....you guys are insane out there!

Getting too damn hot to ride down here.....gonna be going up to Canada this summer. Hope to get out to the west coast - killer rides!

Heh, I'll get some more at Whistler this weekend. I fucking LOVE this bike. I had to choose between this and the Orange 223, but I couldn't let go of the sheer "make-your-own-line" ability of this bike.

I had a bad spill last year at Whistler. I couldn't lift my mouse-arm higher than my shoulder for 4 months! I'm a little drop-shy now but this bike really gives you confidence.

Damn, nice bike. I wanted my bike in black.

If any of you see a white V10 going end over end down the mountain in Whistler... run! It's a heavy bike to have land on you.

10 inches. It's called the V10 because it has 10 inches in the rear, much like an interracial anal scene.

I believe the shock has 7 inches front. It's supposed to be a $2,500 part, I don't know much about it. >blush<

I actually work at a bike shop during the day. We went out to Interbike 2003 in Vegas last year (annual bike trade show)

and the first day was an outdoor expo at some gravel pic (boulder canyon?) about 10 minutes away from the Hoover Dam.

Anyways it was awesome they had trucks hauling people taking $4000 prototype bikes up to the top of this mountain and just going nuts coming down.

It was very cool, plus it was Vegas, so now I have another reason to go every October.

Anyways, I didn't get to many shots of the booth babes, but there were some cute ones that I missed.

The best booth of the whole show was the guys that made a trans am frame for their bikes, and had mullet wigs for people to wear and take pictures. And of course we had to flash the SHOCKER!

We just got our first one in stock this week, it's totally wicked for $225.

Here's the really cool thing, there's a 90% chance the adult version will be ready in August.

If any of you are old enough to remember the orignal sting-rays, Schwinn is coming out with a reproduction 1971 Coaster Brake Grey Ghost in a few months too.

Very cool.
