and all you guys bitching need to shut the fuck up.. this shit doesnt just autoinstall on their comp without them knowing.. a box pops up explaining everything, and they can accept or decline

It's not about unlawful installations,but that crap is annoying,scares of your visitors,maybe even redirects randomly so bookmarkers won't even be able return if they want to.Includes spyware and you'll loose lots of returning visitors if you run a TGP or something similiar.

Just don't bitch around when you loose lots of visitors.
