I can't beleive there are people out there in the world like this. I think death by firing squad is not cruel enough. 380+ kids infected with tainted AIDS blood.

I'm not sure that some type of extreme punishment isn't the right course of action in this case too. AIDS spreading is one of the most serious offenses in the world today... especially to kids.

the story doesn't elaborate on if it was an accident or not, regardless... precautions should have been in place well beforehand to prevent even an accidental spread.
