Canadian drivers
My father ran a red light and a camera caught him... but the car is registerd to me and it says i am responsible...
Do i get any demerit points?

Yep...you will get a ticket in the mail soon with a pic of the offense. How can they tell who was driving when they only take a pic of the ass end of the car?

i already got a pic in the mail... it shows the car from the back and u can't even tell how many ppl were there...
and it says car came to the intersection when red light was displaying for 0.5 seconds and went through when light was displaying for 1.3 seconds

You can fight it and most likely you will have to pay the fine but you will not lose the points.
