This is a good article, but I don't see the point of it.
Do you suggest that selling your sig in going to be a permanent solution for webmasters> I would rather think it is temporary.
The article is written in formal language - i like that - but it somehow justifies sig whoring and portraits it as just another long term money making solution for webmasters.

Webmaster A is doing SEO work and building AVS sites.
Webmaster B is submitting galleries and sig whoring.

I don't think it should be put like that.

BTW, Lensman suggested few months ago that he will make some new sig selling rules ( something like an auction system ) and perhaps disable the possibility to disable sigs ( nowadays 30% surf GFY with signatures turned off ! ) but it also hasn't been done.

I know Lensman doesn't seem to care about this board so much, ( one thing that counts for him is that it is probably making more and more money each year ), but perhaps the fact that he hasn't modified the sig market and / or GFY in regards to sigs, indicates that he believes the sig market is almost dead.

Not only how many you get, but also WHO's eyeballs.

GFY is great for volume. But for quality eyeballs (ie., program owners).... ????
