If anyone notices, he never denies here (at least that I saw) that he has scammed people. He says he recorded the conversation legally, the person who won judgement did it wrong and can't collect, etc...

But not denying the original wrongdoings.

1. Have you ever sold/profited off of content you did not own?

2. Have you ever profitted off of someone elses copyhahahahaha or intellectual property?

3. Have you ever knowingly scammed someone out of money?

1.I brokered content for 56 differnt photographers, every single one of them was paid off of every sale, so no, I have full contracts with each, all model ids and 2257s.

Now Jeff, we both know thats bullshit, and if your even trying to refer to Randy as my old boss, its funny still to this DAY he has and does not have ever a contract with ANY of the photographers that he has content for. Only I have them, in my name, not his. I was in reality HIS boss, so at least try to get SOME of the story right.

Well I dont know much about you other than I what I have read. The only thing that gets me is you seem to skirt around some issues very well, but grabs my attention. You didn't directly answer #3, and that is the first sign of someone hiding something. If the person has nothing to hide, they directly answer the question.

So again, saving judgement..but you seem to skirt around things too much.

im almost certain im interpreting that law correctly. Maybe there is some law guys who can clear that up.

not that im on daves side or anything. but i do think he is right about his phone laws.

Not a lawyer but from my understanding both parties must agree that phone call is being recorded...why else would every major company say the same burb before letting one talk to a representative?

You may be right about both parties in the same state, but I still think federal law proceeds in lawsuits.
