Are trannies born with a dick and tits and puss or what? I just saw an ad for REAL TRANNIES and wondered if fake ones are meant to be those with a clay dick or those that had a pussy and/or dick added on.

Supposedly an old friend of mine from High School was born with both and we always wondered why Tony never dated any chicks since he was cute in a manly sort of way. That's right, "hermaphrodite" is when you born with it, and as I understand "trannies" are when they transform themselves to look like girl without being so..
