Most people that really know me think I might be growing up too fast. I say it like I see it, online or off.

Without knowing more details, if I was her husband I would have done the same thing. I'm not the type to make rash judgements. Everything I do I try to think fully through so that I can see the possible consequences. And firing somebody is definitely something I would think through before I did it... and my employees know this about me too.

I don't hire anybody that I don't fully trust, so you'd bet that if somebody working for me did something questionable I would fully analyze the situation before making any rash judgements.

Putting myself in Mike's place, I believe I would have politely told the maid no, and to just finish cleaning. Once she was done I would have paid her and told her she was no longer needed, end of discussion. When the wife got Home I'd have told her what happened, we would seek out a new maid and that would be that.


And if the maid's mother called I would let her know what her daughter said and she can deal with it however she likes. I don't like unnecessary hassle or bullshit in my life, I have enough already. It's better to elimiinate unneeded BS before it can come back to bite you in the ass, which it will every time if left unchecked.

Do it with a webcam and pay her to find good teeth, tight assed maids for a fee.
