Hi hope you had a happy easter. I however did not. All weekend I have been trying to fiqure out a way to explain the injustice of the situation at hand. Crissy and Mike are generally good people, Mike just has a temper problem, which is why he is in anger management, And I wouldn't hurt a fly. I can best describe it by telling a little story. There are site owners, models, and it is usually never financially successful when the two are the same.
meaning when the model is also the owner. Crissy and Mike market themselves by allowing amatuers or (female fans) to pose with them on their site and the fan or (amatuer) gets to keep the pictures. They failed to realize I am the owner and although new to the internet, i am not an amatuer. I am a partner with ibill and have been having problems reactivating my membership account. I logged in this morning and browesed through legal pages, to find that I (as I thought) own the rights to my content. (TFP) when owners are involved seems to = a huge liability. The E mail you have in your pocession is actually a group mail to my msn " WEBSITE" yvetteleighsloyalfans. I have been accepting donations by my "members" which includes crissy, because of the sitaution with membership difficuties.
so I am doing nothing any different then her, using or (selling ) my pics on my site. Please stop avoiding this problem and help to resolve it. My "property" must be released to me ASAP. I will let any feelings of (exploitation) by your clients go as long as you explain to them that neither of us is wrong or right. We both (own copyright) they are in breech of contract and are getting too close to crossing the line , when it comes to my contitutional rights.Thanks for your time, this will be the last time I try to resolve this issue, next strp I will take is retaining a legal team that specialize in cival rights.

I don't understand what does this have to do with GFY?

But as my initial thought maybe you should have consulted a legal team before writing the letter in the first place.
