First of all I would like to introduce my attorney Thomas J. Fitzpatrick, Esq. because he is also receiving this E-mail and has not yet been informed of this situation because I am fairly confident we can aviod the litigation route. First issue I will address is that 2 weeks ago I offered to pay Micheal Ambrose to shoot me solely for the purpose of submission to a publication. I proposed if pictures were published we could split the money, or I can pay his usual rates and he'd sign a release. He chose to be paid $200 then changed his mind because he wanted pics of me. At that time I reminded him of the release he signed back in November and asked him if that would be sufficiant, according to industry standards. He replied that he didn't know and I requested a release from crissy in exchange for my release because even though they had been posting my content on their sites,for months. at that time they DID NOT have my release on file. He informed me that with my photographer release, that I did not need models. I wasn't aware that he was an attorney, now I realize the reason they came to my house last week for a shoot, in which Mike stated " I just need some head shots for my portfolio, because you have a pretty face you will be perfect" Whatever I am not stupid I realize that he uses my photos fo his sites, a model's job is to "model". We booked a shoot last Sunday or Monday night.I was dressed and he never showed. I checked my messages and found he had left a few stating that because he didn't know my gate code and because I didn't answer the phone. ( he knew I was in the shower,cause I told him I would be) He decided " not to drive all the way out here based oa an "assumption" that all of a sudden I had to go out" you and i both agree what an assumption is, anyway he and crissy show up the next morning and Mike throws tons of legal papers at me and assured me that I had his word that they protected us both equally.
We agreed on releasing 100 pictures to each oter for exclusive ownership. That required us to do 4 galleries, 50 in each half his way half my way. Crissy voluntereed to pose with me for my content. The pics were classy and playful, And I only had us topless, with a few artistic nudes. For my part I did 50 completly nude including crotch shots. ( what became of the head shots he claimed he needed?) The last 50 he attempted bondage and placed me in a restaint and placed a huge ball gag in my mouth. I protested because it hurt my mouth, he asked if it would be alright if he wrapped a giant steel chain around my body, No problem, i replied i 'll give it a shot. We took a few photos then he paused to place the chain around and around my neck and legs very quickly. I complained a bit and asked if he could slow it down cause the chain was whipping against my legs.
he got an attitude then said " whatever let's just do this" the tension was intense as he explained to me about 5 times that he wasn't shooting "bondage". lost in confusion I told him un tie me if you are not doing "bondage" because I am familuar with bondage content but unfamiluar with his "non" bondage material and had no clue what he expected from me. If I have to Mr. L I will supena crissy and their make-up artist and we'll see if they will lie under oathe. crissy maybe ;but chances are they both won't lie.

still i was a good sport and released my content along with mike releasing his. he said he would send it in the US mail the next day. 5 days later i called him and he said he was too busy shooting another model and that crissy had to get her nails done. Now you say that because of an assumption they made through reading a message I posted to my "members" on a message board on a MSN group site made for me by a fan. ( which by the way did crissy tell you she is a member of my fan site called yvetteleigh'sloyalfans. ) that they now are refusing to send me MY property which is 100 digital images.; because they claim that i am gonna sell them. I am gonna release them to my fans just like they do like we all do with our pictures. I am not an attorney but I feel it safe to say they cannot accuse, try and sentence me of something they are "assuming" i am gonna do. I expect to receive my content in the US mail ASAP, If and when I violate their rights or the terms of our agreement, then they can sue me or whatever they want to do. But I can assure you that will not happen because I do not have plans to sell the content. I can't sell it ;no one wants to buy it. Anyway that is my formal promise that I will not sell it, I will just release it for free, since they prefer it that way. I hope this letter has cleared up the confusion and I hope to hear back from you by the end of the day with information about when I will be receiving MY content. Thank you for your time.
