Cock Blockers versus Job Blockers
Anyone notice how someone will post a job they need done for pay and a few webmasters will offer to do the job and then someone else comes in and offers to do it for free?
Is this similar to "cock blocking"? Is this "Job Blocking"?  I don't know how others feel about it but I would never offer to do something for free when there are webmasters already bidding for the work no mater how little money it is.
