Anyone notice how someone will post a job they need done for pay and a few webmasters will offer to do the job and then someone else comes in and offers to do it for free?
Is this similar to "cock blocking"?

I don't know how others feel about it but I would never offer to do something for free when there are webmasters already bidding for the work no mater how little money it is.
I would feel like I just robbed someone of their beer money.
