Bluegravity have good support both by email and phone during work hours mon-friday but only support for emergency situations after hours

Great company. Sometimes it takes up to a day to get a response, but they always get back to you.

We had them for a long time, and only moved away because of some of the other companies that had better deals and almost equal service. As in up time. etc. They can be a little slow on the response to e-mail and calls, but the up time is GREAT! we were with them for 4 years and only had two down times. Both, we for server work, and we knew 2 weeks in advance.

They are very good.

BLUE GRAVITY IS THE BEST!

I nkow Tommy has been busy moving servers to a new NOC in Philly

I am sure he must be real busy right now- well that and the fact that his jaw is wired shut maybe the reason why he hasn't called personally- you should contact [email protected]

New pricing to be offered is on our xxxhosting.com site - the bluegravity.com site has not been updated yet.

We've spent the last 6 weeks planning for a data center move that is now complete. All support requests, etc. should have been answered and back on track.
