Well what pisses me off is that I never ever give guys a hard time about refunds, if they want it they get it no questions asked, but this fucker did not even ask. He just charged back. This is attempted credit card fraud and will be reported as such. This guy paid for a product, charged it back then tried to claim the product.

my friend who runs webuildtemplates.com lost his merchant because of cocksucker webmasters who chrgaed back after downoading a bunch of templates. Now he does manual callbacks, etc.

I know some of the script guys have the same problems.
