would prefer no set up fees

fair pricing on overages

multiple domains

decent admin interface (mrtg etc)

server stats

all on a fast dedicated box

this is what i'll give you in return:

great word of mouth (ie all the amateurs and webmasters that ask me about hosting) etc

i'll treat your tech support like gold, i am a friendly customer and only bitch when there is something seriously worth bitching about (extreme downtime etc). some of the very best friends i have online are techs from the different hosters i have had over the years.

i will not bulk mail, though i will need POP and SMTP for each domain i host with you.

all pricing will be kept confidential, word of mouth will be a "they gave me a great price and had me set up right away, you'll love them, tell them i sent you" kind of thing.

i may have used them before with very poor results, if they are who i think they are. granted, this was a few years ago but my server went down for 3 days and the excuse i was given was "somebody accidentally unplugged your server"......i kid you not.
