I just tried to buy some software and the CCBill page https://bill.ccbill.com/jpost/confirmSignup.cgi timed out after watching their "please wait" graphic for three minutes.

has ccbill EVER worked right? i run like hell anytime i see anything processed by ccbill. I absolutely refuse to send traffic to them anymore aside from their shitty ass over-scrub, their ability to actually track coo<k>kies couldn't get any worse then it already is
