Went to the arcade games two days ago and played a little.
(if you don't know what DDR is.. http://www.ddrfreak.com/ )
Got home and bought me a PS2 with a DDR game and also ordered two authentic DDR metal pads as well.
Been playing for two days now.. it's addicting and lotta fun!
Any other DDR players here?

get on kazaa or any other filesharing program and search for 'ddr' under videos.. people actually have DDR clans.. its insane some of the shit they can pull off

I saw a couple of guys the other day doing it with their backs to the display. They thought they were shit hot because they knew the moves without prompting. I just chuckled to myself as I pondered how many times they had fed coins into the game to learn the sequences off by heart.

I tore the muscle that connects the leg to the foot playing this fucking game, surgery impending, 6 weeks after surgery im getting right back on it. I've lost like 12 LBS playing it in my living room, I have the Xbox version, the way I hurt my foot was I had a perfect score on 'castles in the sky' and then my foot stuck to the mat and i fucked it all up so I kicked the floor really fucking hard cause I got pissed, and then i noticed my foot hurt like a bitch :P
