I tore the muscle that connects the leg to the foot playing this fucking game, surgery impending, 6 weeks after surgery im getting right back on it. I've lost like 12 LBS playing it in my living room, I have the Xbox version, the way I hurt my foot was I had a perfect score on 'castles in the sky' and then my foot stuck to the mat and i fucked it all up so I kicked the floor really fucking hard cause I got pissed, and then i noticed my foot hurt like a bitch :P
