I was thinking about this the other day, but more for home (I rarely use public toilets).

You need the basin INSIDE the toilet space. Automatic soap dispenser and taps, then you flush the toilet AFTER you've washed your hands. Nothing gets touched between your wiping your backside and washing your hands.

Of course, that only works if everyone follows the discipline of washing your hands as soon as you stand up...

I can't imagine the amount of shit (no pun intended) that is on flush buttons and toilet doors. I have to 'remind' my wife half the time to wash her hands when she gets up for a midnight piss.

what i do is use a paper towel, but if the garbage is too far away, i use the upper part of the handle, you know where it loop out at..i find most people don't use that part...

I wash my hands anytime I'm near a sink. I hate people that don't wash their hands, and I really hate shaking hands with people without knowing where their hands have been. If I shake hands with some one, you can be damn sure I'm washing them twice before I touch food.

I hardly ever get sick...haven't been to the doctor in about 8 years...and I think it has something to do with hygiene. Shower every day, wash your hands often, etc.

I hate people that don't wash their hands, and I really hate shaking hands with people without knowing where their hands have been. If I shake hands with some one, you can be damn sure I'm washing them twice before I touch food. I hardly ever get sick...haven't been to the doctor in about 8 years...and I think it has something to do with hygiene. Shower every day, wash your hands often, etc.
