Urine is sterile, so I see less need to wash my hands after taking a piss then at other times. Washing after pooping makes sense if you get fecal matter on your hands but if not I see less reason to bother then too. The nasty ass handle on the paper dispenser and door handle just get your hands dirty again anyways.
