FlaskMPEG sucks, what else is there?
I have been having a helluva time with FlaskMPEG. It keeps hanging, then not responding. Its a real pain in the ass when you have a shitload of jobs in the queue.
I have tried smartripper, super DVD ripper but those lack a timeline for selecting clips. Another thing about Flask I hate is that I have to count out the time manually. If I want 10 second clips, I have to count in my head or look at the clock to make my marks. Then I have to load em into vegas to delete the extra time. (this whole process could be skipped if flask showed the clip length. Any other programs out there that will allow me to select a clip and see exactly how long it is? Then render AVI's right from the DVD? Please help. |

I think DVDx is good, but FlaskMPEG produces better quality movies (when it actually works the way it's supposed to).
