I have a dedicated server and my sites have NEVER been down with webair. Not even for 1 minute Any time I need anything, there are at least 5 techs on ICQ that I can shout at and get fixed immediately. If I don't want to type it, I can always get them on the phone.

Sagi, Ayumi, Will, Bill and several others at webair are the best

I didnt axe for ppl to tell me that they are the best. If you like them so much then invite them for a dinner. Do you think I would host with them if I didnt like them.

I was just saying that my sites weren't loading for a few hours. The support just made them loading.

no one on online in the live support

Personally , I think the question of ethics should be considered when doing business with anyone.

When you see all the WebAir butt kissing on this board, it's obvious many Webair clients don't know or don't care whether they are Spam Support business or not.

The fact that they also service some of the worst, low-life, bottom feeders in the industry that have been terminated by more ethical ISPs is a bit disturbing and never seems to be mentioned.

I dont do mailing of any kind.

Threads like this should be stopped when some fucking wannabe newbie with a virtual account comes in because some other jerk on his 9.95 account is running scripts and slowing down his 200+ hits a day site.... he wants to BLAME WEBAIR.

whatever, newbies and shit talkers are the one problem when allowed to start threads.

And I've had my run-ins with Mike @ Webair and the people at Quickbuck for their lack of professional ethics in dealing with spammers. Shit, if I ran a hosting company that serviced so many spam people...I'd have great service too.

its always some guy on a virtual trying to bad mouth a well respected hosting company, always.

i HAVE NEVER SEEN someone on dedicated come here and cry about their box being down. anytime my host was down, I can recall there was ample 3 week warning for hardware upgrade couple years back, any other little dns glitch or whatever, I call and its taken care of, not to mention live support.

And it doesnt matter what kind of server this was. If it was a small server it still would've been down. And it had nothin to do with scripts or anything. More like a dns issue. I thought maybe someone contacted them already.

Step 2: Click on the button that says LIVE HELP

Step 3: Tell the customer support person the problem.
