Hmm someone who knows how to buy meat. Notice the dry edges and almost rotted appearance, proper marbeling throughout the meat.

Original poster I must say, never buy your meat wraped in plastic sitting on a sterofoam plate, it probally had a little diaper under it too didnt it? Do yourself a favor next time and find a real butcher and buy from them.

I usually would - but I had just gotten back from a road trip (it was 8pm) and I hadn't eaten yet today so I headed to Sobeys.
