So after a week, would it be pretty safe to assume that the wire was never sent to begin with?

sure,im in EU and i get mines from USA in 4 or 5 days (some times 3)

from other EU countries (24/48 hours)

well ADSTATS wires are a little more slow they wire me 32k on january and still isnt here , may be tomorrow...
