DatingGold.com is looking to hire highly motivated and talented people in several areas.

We are looking for candidates in the following areas:

PHP and MySQL Developers

- Must have 1.5 years of experience in developing dynamically driven web sites
- Must used object oriented programming

System Administrators

- Must having experience with the following: RedHat Linux, Apache, MySQL, Sendmail, Qmail, DNS, Networking, Firewalls, Load Balancing, CVS

Marketing

- Must have proven experience in internet marketing
- Must have strong communication and people skills
- Must be highly motivated and self driven

Web Designers

- Superior Adult and Mainstream Design
- Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML, etc

Preference will be given to those who can work onsite in California.

Why don't you guys just OUTSOURCE? Cheaper, better tax advantages, scalable, etc.
