Ok heres some advice , you can do this one of three ways.. the first one is stop eating! No, Im only kidding.. the real way to lose weight and keep it off is either one of two ways...
Lo carbs high protein.. which can include anything good but no fruits or rice or starches but one time a day.. which can be easy if you save your carbs for the last meal of the day where you can have a big good dinner.. its also about balancing out things.. veggies actually help you lose weight when on a low carb diet ... low in calories and high in fiber and vitamins... but also be sure to take a vitamin... multi vitamin a day.. examples of low carb diet.. breakfast eat... eggs and bacon ... no toast or anything like that, no fruit because the sugar can convert to high calories... lunch can be anything like lunchmeat with no bread or chicken plain with no rice... or hotdogs ... meats but no rice or starches... or you can even do a nice salad with chicken in it... or whatever.. supper eat whatever your heart damn well pleases starches included... this is a fast way to lose weight without really suffering too much.. you may miss having cereal and stuff like french toast or pancakes in the morning but you can switch off certain days for starches in the morning instead of at night. Lastly another way to lose weight is to eat seven small meals a day , combined with exercise and wise eating and your metabolism will speed up.. the crash diets dont work because starving the body puts the body into overload where it will turn on its storages of fat and what you do eat will store as fat instead of burning it off and you will also burn off muscle in the process.. overall starving yourself and eating nothing does no good because when you do eat normal again the weight will come back twice as fast and more!
