L.A. Official: AIM Won't Be Subpoenaed

HOLLYWOOD ? A Los Angeles County official told XBiz the agency won't subpoena records of Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation (AIM), the Sherman Oaks, Calif.-based clinic which tests adult content actors. Despite published reports on some online adult sites that it would seek confidential medical hahahahahahahahas, Health Department Chief Operating Officer John Schoenhoff told XBiz that the agency won?t ask for records relative to recent HIV findings.

What would they use thsoes records for anyways ? If there was a model suing an agency then maybe it could be usefull . But we didn't hear about that yet

counties have agencies . . . if we are talking about a civil suit against a private company, there would be no legal cause for the county to subpoena records. it is not their problem, why would they get involved in a suit between two parties?

there would be no legal cause for the county to subpoena records...

Who knows... in cases like this the prosecutor could try to make some criminal charges stick. No doubt they are seriously looking at that idea.
