A Los Angeles County official told XBiz the agency won't subpoena records of Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation (AIM), the Sherman Oaks, Calif.-based clinic which tests adult content actors. What would they use thsoes records for anyways ? If there was a model suing an agency then maybe it could be usefull . But we didn't hear about that yet

counties have agencies . . . if we are talking about a civil suit against a private company, there would be no legal cause for the county to subpoena records. it is not their problem, why would they get involved in a suit between two parties?

Who knows... in cases like this the prosecutor could try to make some criminal charges stick. No doubt they are seriously looking at that idea.
