you can add a profile pic like in msn and play useless games... thats pretty much it... it's basically gimmicks...

i love my trillian multi messenger too much to even try installing an "original" icq version. Trillian gives me ICQ, IRC and MSN in one - thats all i need :D

Trillian is the way to go, this way you wont have anything to cry about when your icq goes down or your whole buddy list has problems ect... Plus with trillian you can use AIM or whatever you have.
