Well this what they promise on their site:

But two days ago i found out they recently changed their rebills option to zero:

I found this out two days ago and send an email to Voyeurdollars, so far i got no reply. I know for a fact one more webmaster has encountered the same thing.

So if you are promoting them better check it out.

I think ccbill must send a notifaction to the affiliates when a paysite changes the rebill option. They do send a similar email when the payout % is changed...

i promote this other program which will remain un named. anyways same thing happened to me. i contacted ccbill and they said they cant do anything. the webmaster wouldnt return any of my emails or icqs but ccbill said the webmaster is the only person that can do anything. finally i had a friend that uses ccbill as a processor and knows them very well contact someone at ccbill for me and they are finally looking into it. i would call the sponsor out but i have about 70 rebills with them and i dont want them to shave me any more once i get this fixed.

I don't really blame CCBill. It's the paysite that cheats. However CCbill should not make it that easy for them.

I did not receive that email from you Twist.

We have not changed a thing in our rebill settings. I am very upset by this and I am now checking what could have happened.

Please be assured that we are not stealing your rebills. It would be a pretty bad idea to set the rebills to 'zero' if we wanted to shave someone...

You have our attention for sure. It seems that CCBill is currently down, so I can't verify this. Please be patient and I will look into it as soon as possible.

If any rebills were lost, you will be compensated. That goes for anybody.

I was able to get into the ccbill admin now.

The rebills are set to be 'unlimited' in the CCBill account admin.

This sounds like a display issue. I have emailed CCBill and I hope they will let me know what is going on soon.

I also see 'zero' in my personal affiliate account though.

Not true. You can't set signups to zero. The two options are for rebill after trials and rebill after initial sign ups.

Just so that everyone knows I have spoken to Twist on ICQ and
he has many rebills in his account. The last one recorded for both
of us was on 2004-04-18 and I have showed him a screenshot of
his trials and rebills from our CCBill webmaster account.

He is not completely convinced that everything is ok though.
Neither am I but it really seems that all rebills have been paid on.

I have got a couple replies from CCBill but still waiting for a final
explanation.

I discovered something that kind of proves my point that this is a CCBill display error.

Almost 50% of the CCBill programs that I promote as an affiliate now says that:

"Payments for rebills ends after: (zero) rebills"

Naked College Girls TV

College Invasion

Please note that I am defintely not saying these webmaster programs are cheaters.

I am posting this to prove my point that this is a CCBill glitch and we are not the
only ones affected.

I just got this information from CCBill:

I have since made changes to that groups details to reflect across for everyone to show unlimited rebills.
