thanks man I appreciate the love, they are basically saying that producing adult videos is promoting prostitution if the women are being paid. The industry was proven not to be prostitution a long time ago, Im going to handle this shit though ya know

This is NOT a valid arguement. You are the one handing her the cash or issuing her check. Your customers are not paying the model directly.

After reading the narrative, I have to say that you made alot of mistakes. You purposefully hid information from the 'model'. You have several misconceptions about how law enforcement works and what is the threshold of proof to establish a prostitution bust. Vice can lie. Vice can get naked. You can be handcuffed and held without Miranda during warranted search.
