Shooting porn went to the supreme court here in California and was deemed not prostitution. The only way I can see that a pimping or pandering case could be upheld is if you offered her money for sex acts off-film (like an audition without the camera rolling). If you did this, you're screwed.

You have several misconceptions about how law enforcement works and what is the threshold of proof to establish a prostitution bust. Vice can lie. Vice can get naked. You can be handcuffed and held without Miranda during warranted search.
