One purpose of The Clean Air Act is to force power plants that use <b>COAL</b> to produce electricity to limit the amount of air pullution they produce. It has nothing to do with Saudi oil. Bush stopped the EPA from investigating any power plant that is violating the Act. I'm sure you think this is a great idea since you believe the greenhouse effect means better gardens.

Woodward also claims that the Bush administration misappropriated funds meant for the war in Afghanistan and then lied to Congress about it.
