I'm going on a diet....

Just got back from food shopping. I filled the fridge with low carb stuff. You cant go wrong with meats, chicken, cheese, and eggs.... ;)

Are you going on Fatkins? I thought about going on it...mind you I'm only 200pnds, 6'1" ... but thought about it anyway, until I seen you have to give up beer for the first 2 weeks. FUCK THAT.

atkins is not healthy at all... carbs are your bodies fuel. Cutting down on them is fine, but cut them out of your diet completely and your chelesterol will sky rocket. That's what Atkins himself died of...

you don't cut them completely out. For 2 weeks you can only have 20 grams a day...then after that you add 20 grams per day until you're still losing *some* weight...then when you reach your "goal" weight, you add another 20 grams a day until you stop losing weight without gaining weight.

You then know how many carb grams you can eat every day without gaining/losing weight and be "healthy".
