No, but since no later than today the administration admitted that Iraq was all about " Regime change " in the name of the freedom of the " iraqi people " ( amazing how you could fire on them and starve them for 10 years and suddenly they are youre best buddies...lol) , then it would be logical that this administration continue its liberation of " oppressed " people, no?

We established a no-fly zone to protect the Kurds, and we instituted a oil for food program which the UN turned into an oil for the UN officials and money straight to Saddam program.
