Oh there are liability issues here, serious ones for TTBoy if one of these girls gets a smart lawyer. No liability issues with the companies who hired Darren James after he returned from Brazil. Those clauses exist primarily for the purpose of scaring potential litigants away. The court if full of suits brought about by people who had waived their rights to file a suit.
