God knows how many - the only good thing is that the entire second generation list is male except for Judy Starr - and the chances of a male getting HIV from a female are less than 1 in a 100 - so the hope is that the outbreak will be contained to this original group of 12 girls. If one of the second generation tests positive - it's all over for the industry in California and no telling how many will get HIV.
