Hmmmm had not thought of that. Would they even know which scene it was? And its not like theres anything visible, most porn consumers wouldnt even know.

I remember reading somewhere that Brooke Ashley got HIV from some gangbang she did a few years ago, and they still released the video for sale. And that she even did a Bukkake video after she was positive.

generally the producer (the one who comissioned the production) will be the liable party


you paid someone to have sex and they got HIV on your set = you are liable

the model release means nothing when it comes to this

I know its a felony (or 3rd degree crime, i'm not too sure) to transmit an std willingly and knowingly. If TT's company followed protocol and there was no negligence it will be a tough case for litigation. But if there was any sign of negligence open the flood gates.

I really feel for everyone involved. It's really time for a damn cure for this F***n disease!

followed protocol? he broke the law in Brazil shooting high risk sex without condoms and if a lawyer can prove to a jury that Darren James' HIV came doing work for TTBoy in Brazil, i think they have a hell of a case. There is no real protocol, it's an industry self policing itself.

I don't there has ever been a cure for a virus, there have been vaccines but that does fuck all for the people who have the virus already.
