I know its a felony (or 3rd degree crime, i'm not too sure) to transmit an std willingly and knowingly. If TT's company followed protocol and there was no negligence it will be a tough case for litigation. But if there was any sign of negligence open the flood gates.
I really feel for everyone involved. It's really time for a damn cure for this F***n disease!
