If I move to Canada, will I automatically know exactly how the USA should be run? Or would I have to be a citizen for a few days?

Do you actually think most Canadians care about how your country should be run? I couldn't care less and spend like 3 seconds thinking about it. I love where I live and never would want to live in the states. Maybe visit but thats it.
