Yo yo yo

So I woke up early again and was in the office by 8:30. No RedBull, just a coffee like the rest of the world drinks. So far I'm feeling pretty darn good. As I was saying yesterday... I'm trying this new schedule to see if I have more energy and get more accomplished... definitely worked like a charm yesterday!

RedBull is one of those energy drinks with Taurine...

..and I changed my sleeping and waking up times to see if I would both feel better and have more productive days. My theory was that I was oversleeping every day by a couple hours and that this was the reason I felt lousy all the time. I was drinking a few RedBulls a day but per my wife's request I cut that out, too.

....so far so good but I need more data before I make any conclusions

8:30 is very early for me ... I woke up maybe 5-10 times at that time in the past 10 years . There is someone in the office at 9 here but I only go in at 10-11

Fuck I can't even speak untill I have coffee. My schedule is all fucked up too. I work till 2 or 3am. Then I am usually back up at 8 or 9am. Redbull is nasty if you ask me. I used to pop alot of stacker2, they really zing your zinger! The ban on them just started yesterday I believe. Unhealthy little fuckers.

I hate to say it but when we get up early .We are much more productive ,then when our day starts at 12 pm. Dont know what it is ,after I left the day job I figured I would never have to see 7 am ever again but it works.

and creativity: water. Just drink water. 2 liters a day.

I used to pull myself through the day with lotsa coffee
and redbull. Water is the same effect 10 times. If you're in for another experiment try drinking water *exclusively* for 1 or 2 days and see what i mean!

Yeah too much caffeine in general can really screw up your sleep habits. A few redbulls could definitely mess with your b-o-d-y clock if you drink them daily.

Caffeine is worse than most people realize when it comes to affecting your sleep patterns. I can't even drink regular coffee anymore, I mix it with decaf.
