Yeah too much caffeine in general can really screw up your sleep habits. A few redbulls could definitely mess with your b-o-d-y clock if you drink them daily.

Caffeine is worse than most people realize when it comes to affecting your sleep patterns. I can't even drink regular coffee anymore, I mix it with decaf.
