and there is some competition do you...
A. Go for the jugular and hammer right at the competition. or B. Try to work with them in some sort of capacity. Whatcha think? |

Maybe try to research the competition and see where you competitive advantage exists..if at all.
But it also depends on the market, ect. If this is a quiz question, I would go with B

identify weaknesses your competitor has and take advantage of it i could tell u more. but thats business school thinking.
