Having problems with a designer or programmer?

I tried out a new designer the other day and the bastard was 2 days ahead of schedule. I was quite shocked. His work was a little on the high side but it seems like very good quality and he had no problem making my requested changes quickly. I was pretty impressed. I'll have to give him another shot and see if he's consistent...

I hear you. I can be pretty lazy if I'm not motivated so I avoid making promises if I'm not feeling the motivation I know I'll need to make good on them.<br><br>

On the other hand I've been waiting months on customer checks sometimes, I think any service provider has many similar stories

I always run into this problem whenever I contract out work to someone.

Designers and programmers are usually the worst offenders.
