I tried out a new designer the other day and the bastard was 2 days ahead of schedule. I was quite shocked. His work was a little on the high side but it seems like very good quality and he had no problem making my requested changes quickly. I was pretty impressed. I'll have to give him another shot and see if he's consistent...
